The introduction of Voyage Secure services into the Voyage Group portfolio is a natural progression which builds upon the success Voyage has had in supporting a large number of people with complex and challenging needs. It is a valuable addition to the already wide range of specialist service options designed to meet the needs of people with a learning disability, autistic spectrum disorders and other complex needs.
Voyage Secure are dedicated to providing small specialist independent hospital provision to clients who require intensive nursing and therapeutic interventions in a secure and protective environment. We are also developing a number of intensive support units. Our clients have a learning disability or autistic spectrum disorders with possible mental health difficulties, forensic history, challenging behaviour and associated complex needs and will be liable to detention under the Mental Health Act 1983.
We endeavour to facilitate recovery and encourage all our clients to lead full and meaningful lives regardless of their disabilities. We already have a wide range of living options with tailored support packages which enable individuals to gradually build towards more independent lives.
