Falcons Rest and Poachers Cottage Falcons Rest and Poachers Cottage are part of Hunters Lodge in Wormelow Tump, Herefordshire and have passed the government’s assessment under its Code for Sustainable Homes. The project is located in a scenic rural setting and provides high quality accommodation in two houses, one with six bedrooms and one with eight, as well as additional independent living accommodation. |

Hadrian Court is a 14 bedroom service in Wallsend which offers support to individuals following a brain injury. The service also provides day service facilities. |

Purpose Built Supported Living Service in the North West This service offers a more independent lifestyle for six individuals. It was built on the site of a social club which had been demolished. |

This is an example of a conversion of a detached family home into supported living accommodation. The original building has been extended and adapted to create four spacious one bedroom flats where individuals can live more independently. |
