Phase 1 - Design Stage - 01 March 2007
The project team was formed during March 2007 to review the scheme previously approved by the local planning authority in December 2004.
Phase 2 - Construction Stage - 01 March 2008
Work on site began in March 2008 with the enabling works phase.
Phase 3 - Voyage Fit Out - 01 February 2009
The project was handed over from Redworth Construction to Voyage on 1st April 2009.
